      <image:caption>Tarjoan laajan kattauksen verkkovalmennuksia, joiden avulla voit löytää apua tuki- ja liikuntaelinperäisiin kipuihin ja vaivoihin, kehittää kuntoasi, työstää mieltäsi ja pitää hauskaa. Valmennukseni kestävät 6-12 viikkoa ja auttavat sinua löytämään säännöllisen liikuntaharrastuksen pariin. Kokonaisuuksia löydät aloittelijasta jo paljon harjoitelleisiin, kehonpainotreeneistä voimaharjoitteluun, liikkuvuuden kehittämiseen ja kehonhuoltoon sekä stressin hallintaan ja palautumiseen. Pienryhmävalmennukseni pyörivät Helsingissä HUH Kampissa keskiviikkoisin ja torstaisin. Ryhmät ovat pääosin loppuunmyytyjä, mutta vapautuvia paikkoja voit kysellä sähköpostitse tai instagramin välityksellä. Vapautuvia paikkoja tarjoan aina jonotus järjestyksessä. Yksilövalmennus-asiakkuuteni ovat tällä hetkellä täynnä.</image:caption>
